This privacy statement discloses the information collection and dissemination practices for L3design.com.  We take your privacy very seriously.  We do not rent, sell, loan or share any personal information about you with any third party at all.  The information that is collected is used expressly by L3 Design in order to screen potential clients and provide pertinent information as it relates to L3 Design.

Usage (Log) Data
We gather and analyze users' current Internet Protocol (IP) addresses -- an address typically assigned to individual browsers by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).  We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, evaluate user traffic, and to administer our Web site -- none of which allow us to connect your IP address with your personal identity.

Data Collection
Our site uses forms in order to collect personal information from individuals.  The information collected is used solely by L3 Design for sales and marketing purposes.  Contact information collected from the request form is used to reply to potential client requests for RFPs (Request For Proposal). Email addresses collected from the mailing list form are used expressly for communicating with individuals that would like to know more about L3 Design.

Opt-In
L3 Design acquires no personal or registration data about our users except what you explicitly and voluntarily provide (ie. opt-in). We reserve the right to use this information specifically for the purposes related to your registration and generally for any necessary future communication between you and L3 Design.
